For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the travel date.

If cancellation is 48 hours before of the travel date, the company will refund the 100% of deposit.

If cancellation is 24 hours before the travel date, the company will refund the 50% of deposit.

If cancellation is less then 24 hours before the travel date, the company will take 100% of deposit.

If cancellation is by natural phenomenon or by prohibitive of the Dominican Republic Navy Authorities, the company will refund the 100% of deposit.

During the high season—December 15 to January 10 and Easter week, we cannot accept changes to the tour date or cancellations. If you need to change your booking date, the original deposit will not be refunded, and it will not apply to the new date. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
